Beach Resort is built on the ramparts of the 16th century Portuguese fort. A
part of the sprawling 73 - acre old Portuguese fort complex, the resort

Fort Aguada Beach Resort has 130 guest rooms that include 64 Standard

Fish Tail : In this luxurious and quiet restaurant enjoy
the delectable Goan cuisine alongwith the fantastic views of the Fort and
the Arabian Sea. At Fish Tail, you may taste the popular dishes like prawn
sinqueirm and mixed seafood grill with balsamic vegetables. Fish Tail
restaurant is open from October to May between 7.30 pm and 11.00 pm.
Ii Camino : Ii Camino
takes you on an Italian odyssey, here you can savour Italian delicacies
amidst friendly atmosphere. The restaurant serves Italian delights from the
regions of Rome, Milano, Monaco and Mestre. Ii Camino serves up delectable
classics including chargrilled chicken with Gorgonzola cream sauce or piping
hot pizza. Timings 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm, 7.30 pm to 11.00 pm.
Morisco : This lovely restaurant overlooking the sea,
offers traditional Goan specialties. Take your pick from a selection of
ultra-fresh seafood, such as lobsters, prawns, crabs, fish and squid.
Signature dishes include crispy soft shell crabs and cilantro flavoured
steamed fish pouches. Morisco restaurant is open from 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm
and 7.30 to 11.00 pm.
Martini Bar : After enjoying the Goan delicacies at
Morisco, move to Martini bar. At Martini bar you can enjoy exotic cocktails,
mean martinis, mouth-watering snacks accompanied by the lively beats of
traditional Goan music. Timings 10.30 am - 12.00 am.
Sea Shell : Sea Shell Restaurant serves up the best of
Indian and European gourmet fare with the breathtaking views of the Arabian
Sea. Here you can try the Goan delights like prawn balchao and ocean fresh
shrimps in a specially prepared brandy sauce. Sea Shell is open from 7.30
am-10.30 am, 12.30 pm - 3.00 pm and 7.30 pm - 11.00 pm.
Sfx : Sfx offers superbly-prepared sandwiches and
beverages, alongwith the magnificent views of the Fort Aguada and the beach.
Other specialties of Sfx include the Sfx club sandwich, tandoori chicken
cornet, ham and cheese wontons. Timings 10.00 am - 11.00 pm.
Recreation
If you want to rejuvenate your mind and body indulge yourself in
recreational activities offered by the resort. Fort Aguada Beach Resort has
two freshwater swimming pools and a sport complex offering water sports like
para sailing, wind-surfing, water skiing, jet skis, water scooters, surfing,
bump skis, banana boat rides and boating. Land sports offered by the resort
include tennis, squash, badminton, table tennis, billiards and golf. Also
visit the fitness centre with sauna, steam, jacuzzi and a gymnasium. The
resort has a Children's activity centre which offers kids games like
trampoline, football, air hockey, board games, pool games, assorted
