Ettukettu : Ettukettu, a multi-cuisine restaurant is
situated in the midst of the resort. This eight sided traditional mansion
was once the home of the famous noble family of Kerala. At Ettukettu
restaurant you can savour local delicacies and an international buffet of
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The restaurant serves Continental, Chinese, Mughlai, North Indian and
traditional Kerala delicacies. Signature dishes of Ettukettu include Syrian
Christian Duck Roast, Duck Curry, Karimeen Mappas, Karimeen Pollichathu,
soft spongy rice bread called Appam, Thamarappam and Idiappams. The
restaurant also has a well-stocked bar which offers a wide array of exotic
drinks. Ettukettu is open from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm.
Vembanad : Vembanad, a seafood restaurant is situated by
the banks of the tranquil backwaters. The traditionally decorated restaurant
offers you a typical taste of Kerala seafood cuisine. Vembanad's menu
includes anything and everything in seafood and a wide choice of drinks.
