Large corridors, pavilions and ceiling very much resemble that of the palaces. Multiple courtyards and fountains are typical of important ones.
Though built in many cities but a majority of the havelis are located in the cities of Jaisalmer and Shekhawati. These havelis are great tourist attractions and thus frequently visited places. One doesn't need to be an architect or any professional to assess the worth of these structures. Their beauty is par excellence and gives a good idea of interior decoration.
